Printed Goods:

Currently we only ship within the domestic US. All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail.

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be packaged and shipped out. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.

USPS Priority Mail delivers in 1-3 days within the U.S. We are not responsible for any delays on their behalf.

We are also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.

The Studio takes care to ensure that each order is packaged carefully and safely to avoid damage in transit. If any part of your order arrives damaged, or an error is made on our part, please reach out to us and we will do all we can to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

We strive to be as thoughtful and eco-conscious as possible with our packaging. The plastic sleeves used to protect your prints are all plant based and compostable. All cardboard mailers and tissue paper maybe be reused or recycled.

All sales of artwork are final.

However, in the event that you receive a damaged piece, contact us right away with pictures of the damage and we will send you a return label to ship it back to us for a refund or a replacement.

Refunds are given on a case by case basis only and are left to the sole discretion of The Studio.


All artwork is property of Studio TKFV and is for personal use only (ie. to beautify your workspace or home).

Our artwork may not be copied, reproduced, used commercially, or resold under any circumstances.

Design Templates:

The goal of The Shop was to make design templates accessible to anyone looking to design for themselves, regardless of design experience.

All templates have a version compatible with Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe InDesign (17 and higher) and a version editable with Canva. Please note that the Canva versions may not include all of the design options found in the Adobe versions. (See Question 03, below)

You don't need to be too advanced with Adobe in order to use our templates; they are fairly simple to use and include detailed instructions. However, basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign are recommended.

Please see our Template Guide for general instructions on how to use our templates in both Adobe Illustrator and in Canva. Please also note that each of our templates include their own detailed instructions.

Simply put, there are limited design capabilities with Canva.

For example, our Illustrator compatible Ceremony Business Card Template features a couple of design options with a circular logo. These designs are not featured in the Canva template because Canva doesn’t allow typing along a circular path. So, for any templates that may have particular design options for Adobe, but not Canva, this is why.

Because our templates are direct digital downloads, available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds on them. Should you run into any issues using any of our templates, feel free to reach out to us at and we’ll be happy to assist you.

All of our templates are compatible with Adobe 17 or higher.

Yes. Once you purchase the template you can create and print as many designs as you wish.

Yes! Use the templates to create a final product that you sell to your clients/customers. However, we ask that you do not sell the templates as your own (even if you have modified them to look different). A lot of time and thought goes into everything that we design for you and we ask that you respect our craft.

We ask that you do not share any of your purchased templates or their download links with anyone.

If you have a friend/colleague who is interested in any of our templates, we would greatly appreciate you sending them over to The Shop so they can purchase their very own.

A lot of thought, effort and time goes into creating these templates for our customers and we ask that you please respect our craft.

Adobe templates: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to download the templates. Please note: the link will expire 24 hours after it is sent.

Canva templates: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to download a PDF containing the link to your Canva template. Please note: the link will expire 24 hours after it is sent.

If your download link expires before you have a chance to download your goods, just send us an email at and we’ll resend it.

We accept credit card payments for all major credit cards via Stripe.
